Debra Coplon
CHPN, MSN, APN, FNP-BC, DNP, DCC
Since 1987, Dr. Coplon has served the greater Memphis and mid-south medical community. She received her degree as a family nurse practitioner from the University of Memphis and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her concentration in her doctoral program focused on the preservation of kidney function in primary care. Dr. Coplon also holds the distinguished title of Diplomate in Comprehensive Care. She has had the opportunity to work under the leadership of the region’s leading nephrologists, endocrinologists, women’s health, and pediatric specialists.
Dr. Coplon has received many community awards, including being named a finalist for The Memphis Healthcare Heroes Award. Volunteer activities include healthcare speaker and counselor in the greater Memphis and mid-south community, and nephrology consultant for The Clinic Advisor. She is dedicated to caring for and treating the entire family. Exceptional and Affordable Healthcare is now available for the entire family. She appreciates every person as being “fearfully and wonderfully made.”

Rachel Brownfield Goodwin
PAC
Rachel is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she earned her Master's Degree in Science Medicine at the Trevecca Nazarene University Physician Assistant program in 2014. Upon graduation, she moved to Memphis, Tennessee to begin practicing medicine. She is passionate about providing holistic health care to the entire family. She is recently married and in her free time enjoys fellowship with her church, running, and playing soccer.
Amy Bolt Miller
PAC
Amy received her Master's in Medical Science from Midwestern University in Downer's Grove, Illinois. She worked in interventional radiology in Richmond, Virginia before moving to Memphis, Tennessee with her husband and three children. She enjoys practicing Family Medicine and in her free time enjoys outdoor activities with her family and friends.
Laura C. Weaver
MS, RDN
Laura is a board certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Laura earned her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis after receiving two bachelors in International Business and Dietetics.
Laura is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Memphis Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics where she is currently serving as fundraising chair.
A true science lover, Laura admits that, “Digestion and cellular metabolism are two topics of conversation that I could never tire of discussing!” Laura enjoys assisting her patients in discovering how to fuel their bodies based on their individual needs. She particularly enjoys tailoring diets towards specific allergy restrictions and disease states. She is also passionate about pediatric nutrition which she believes starts three months prior to conception. She is currently writing a nutrition manual on pediatric nutrition which covers the first 2 years of a child’s life. This educational tool aims to increase food acceptance in children while establishing healthy habits from the early days.
When not at work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and three children--- preferably outside!
Sharonda Kimble
FNP
Sharonda received her undergraduate degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. Her MSN was later obtained from Austin Peay State University with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 10 years of nursing experience and deeply values connecting with patients and offering holistic care. Sharonda resides in Arlington, TN with her husband and 2 children. When she is not at Hope Primary Care, she enjoys spending time with family, attending church, reading, and traveling.

Alicia Davis
FNP
Alicia is originally from Tiptonville, Tennessee. She moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she earned her BSN at Baptist College of Health Sciences in 2014. She then attended the University of Memphis where she earned her Master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Upon graduation, she began working at Hope Primary Care with Dr. Coplon and the staff. She is passionate about providing senior healthcare in the home to allow for aging in place. She has been married for 15 years and in her free time enjoys outdoor sports, photography, and being an animal advocate.
Megan Lomo
DNP
Dr. Megan Lomo is originally from Missouri where she graduated from the Sinclair School of Nursing at the University of Missouri in 2011. Following graduation, she moved to Memphis and after practicing as an RN for several years, returned to graduate school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine in 2017 and has been in private practice in the Memphis area since graduation. Dr. Megan Lomo is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Memphis has become her home. She joyfully resides here with her husband Ceasar and their growing family.
